I am a writer. I write because I must . . . because the yearning rises within me and can’t be choked. So many worlds, so many feelings, so many things that can happen, if only I put them to paper. And so I do. Next thing I know, they become books.
My pen name is Willowy Whisper. I am an eighteen-year-old homeschool graduate. I live in the quiet, remote hills of West Virginia, nestled between mountains and fields. When I am not writing, I love to play the piano, or slip out to the back porch and play my guitar. I love to sing. I love to listen to my mother’s old records. I love to go to church, and I so desperately love my bus ministry.
I was saved when I was five years old. There’s not a day that goes by that He doesn’t bless me. His mercies are new every morning. He is so good. He is so big. I love Him so much, and I hope that through this blog, His name will be glorified—because He’s worthy of that.
The Lord has allowed me to write seven novels, six of which are published. You can find them on My Novels page, where they are available for purchase through Amazon Kindle or print. Also, I offer cover design services. To learn more, click here.
I have vowed to Jesus that I will stay pure for my husband. I’m waiting on the Lord. I’m waiting on His timing. I’m trusting in Him. Through this blog, I hope that I can encourage other young women to do the same.
